1. Introduction

- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter.
ph123a may request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. This may include a valid government-issued ID (UMID, PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the required timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or closure.
3. Account Registration
To access ph123a's betting and gaming services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid mobile number, a unique password, and accurate personal information. You agree that all information provided to ph123a during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, current, and complete.
One account per member: Each individual may register only one ph123a account. Opening multiple accounts — regardless of the name, device, email address, or payment method used — is a violation of these Terms. ph123a uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate registrations. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be merged, restricted, or permanently closed, and any associated bonuses forfeited.
Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph123a login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals
ph123a accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online Banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit is ₱500. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your ph123a account.
Deposits: All deposits to ph123a must be made from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. ph123a does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made via e-wallets such as GCash and Maya are credited to your ph123a balance instantly most cases.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the ph123a payments team. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within one to four hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are usually processed on the same business day. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit to the same ph123a account or to a verified bank account in your name.
Currency: All transactions on ph123a are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). If a payment is initiated from a foreign currency account, the conversion will be handled by the payment provider and may be subject to their exchange rate and fees. ph123a is not responsible for third-party currency conversion charges.
Pending bets: Withdrawal requests cannot be processed while you have unsettled bets outstanding using the amount requested. If you request a withdrawal that exceeds your available balance after accounting for pending bets, the request will be adjusted or held until relevant bets are settled.
Anti-money laundering notice: ph123a is required by Philippine law to implement AML controls. 5. Betting Rules
All bets placed on ph123a are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed within each market. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.
- Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation reference number from ph123a. Bets that do not receive a confirmation are not accepted and funds will be deducted.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed in each market. ph123a reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any market or member at its discretion.
- Odds changes: Odds displayed are correct at the time of display but may change before a bet is confirmed. If the odds on a selection change before your bet is accepted, ph123a will notify you of the new odds and you may choose to accept or decline the revised odds.
- Void bets: ph123a reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, event cancellations, or force majeure events. Where a bet is voided, your stake will be returned to your ph123a balance.
- Abandoned and postponed events: Bets on events that are abandoned or postponed and not completed within48 hours of the scheduled start time will generally be voided and stakes returned. Some markets — such as outright futures — may have different rules as specified within those markets.
- Live betting: In-play bets at ph123a are processed as quickly as technically possible. However, a brief delay between bet placement and acceptance is inherent to live betting. ph123a reserves the right to void live bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined, even if the determination was not yet visible on the platform.
- Result disputes: The official result used by ph123a for settlement purposes is the result published by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition at the time of settlement. Subsequent changes, reversals, or appeals after settlement has been processed will not result in re-settlement.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
ph123a offers various promotional incentives to registered members including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and referal rewards. All promotions are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside individual promotions.
- Bonuses are available to eligible ph123a members only. ph123a reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
- All bonuses are subject to awagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements, qualifying games, minimum odds, time limits, and other conditions specific to each promotion are published in the relevant promotion's individual terms page.
- ph123a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulations.
- Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly stated. Using multiple bonus offers simultaneously without authorisation may result in all associated bonuses being voided.
- Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting strategies intended to guarantee returns irespective of outcome — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
- In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, ph123a's interpretation shall be final, subject to applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited at ph123a. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winings, and referal to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
- Registering using false, misleading, or another person's identity information.
- Opening or operating more than one ph123a account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with ph123a.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winings obtained through exploitation of an error must be reported to ph123a support and will be subject to reversal.
- Coluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, market, or event.
- Using ph123a to facilitate money laundering, tax evasion, or any other criminal activity.
- Placing bets on behalf of third parties, or allowing third parties to bet using your ph123a account.
- Accessing ph123a from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including using a VPN or proxy server to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward ph123a staff or other members.
8. Privacy and Data
ph123a collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ph123a, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
ph123a uses your personal data to operate your account, process payments, comply with regulatory obligations, personalise your experience, and communicate relevant promotions (where you have opted in). 9. Intellectual Property
All content on the ph123a platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of ph123a or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph123a platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any ph123a content without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
ph123a provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from technical errors at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph123a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to internet connectivity issues, device failure, or platform downtime.
ph123a's total liability to you for any direct losses arising from our negligence or breach of these Terms shall not exceed the value of funds held in your ph123a account at the time of the claim.
Betting is a financial risk: ph123a does not guarantee profits from betting or gaming. By placing bets on ph123a, you accept that you may lose all funds wagered. Please bet only what you can afford to lose.
11. Account Suspension and Closure
ph123a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that:
- The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
- Fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity has occurred or is suspected.
- A regulatory body or law enforcement authority has requested account action.
- The account holder has self-excluded and then attempted to re-register.
- Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ph123a.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ph123a reserves the right to withold any balance attributable to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse. Legitimate remaining balances will be returned to the verified payment method associated with the account, subject to applicable verification procedures.
You may close your ph123a account at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets will be settled normally and the resulting balance returned to your designated withdrawal method.
12. Responsible Gaming

13. Changes to These Terms

Your continued use of ph123a after revised Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, your remedy is to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable regulations issued by PAGCOR and relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of ph123a, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through ph123a's internal complaints process. If the matter remains unresolved after 30 days, it may be escalated to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or submitted to the relevant courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over such matters.
